Finally got started on the cage today. Got these from XMF.
and this from UTV Inc

Removed the cage (it weighs 70#)
.
Then started designing, cutting, bending.
. Main cage section before final alignment and welding.
Main upper tubes are 1.75x.120 DOM due to the length of the run, the rest is .095 DOM.
Main welded up.

Bracing & tri-angleation cut, fit and being tacked. Lacing is 1.50x.095.

Was not able finish welding, the trigger on my welder quit.
Rear cage and bumper are next...

Nah, will leave the manufacture and sales to others. Not set up for production work.
Welder is still down but got the rear cage section cut, bent and mocked up tonite.

It should be a welded this weekend, and the rear bumper fabbed up too.

I like it alot !!!!
One problem for me is that I have an OEM box and looks like you won't be able to open it after mounting...
But I'm guessing it was made for screaming protection... Sweet !!!

Long weekend but the cage got final welded, painted and installed - finally.

Was a bit concerned about protecting the RH side / due to the fuel tank location. Fabbed some "internal gards" out of DOM; and the lower door frame ties into them - now rock solid.

Ran out of time to finish the doors (had to help a buddy but a new motor in his rzr).
