NEED A LITTLE MORE STABILITY OR LOOKING TO SPACE OUT YOUR WHEELS FOR LARGER PADDLES? WELL THE UTV INC CAN AM MAVERICK 1.5" WHEEL SPACERS WILL ADD 3" OF OVERALL WIDTH TO YOUR MACHINE. THEY ARE SOLD IN PAIRS. ENOUGH TO DO 2 WHEELS.

Will these change the way the car steers at all due to the extra width?

Any time you space the front further away from the hub it will change the steering due to scrub. 1.5" will be a very small difference not something that will be overly noticeable. Turning radius will increase as well.

These spacers will also give a little more wheel travel correct?
Maybe a 3/8" to 1/2" on top and bottom which could equal about an 1" more.
Making it have around 15" of travel. :)

Sorry, no extra wheel travel. That only works on a swing axle. At full droop, the a arms and hub are in the same position. Only the tire is farther out on a parallel plane relative to the ground.

Yes but the wheel attaches to the hub and now the face of the hub will be extended. The shock throw is unchanged but since the wheel is moved out farther from the pivot the point, the "wheel travel" should be increased simply due to a longer momentum arm. That is of course if wheel travel is defined as the full distance the wheel center moves up and down.

But, the stub shaft, or wheel center stays parallel to the ground. Let's say you put a 3 foot spacer on it. A vw swing axle, or a Ford ttb or twin I beam would see a lot more wheel travel. A 3' long swing axle at 14" of travel, would have 28" if it was widened to 6'. But any a arm set up won't gain any travel no matter how wide you go. You just have to picture that stub axle going up and down. A swing axle goes in an arc. A arms just go up and down.

To use your analogy, the face of the hub is extended straight out. On a swing axle, the face of the hub would be extended out and down at full droop, and out and up at full bump.

I can't mount my OG hiper's on these because the wheel studs are too short.
Is it possible to get longer wheel studs for these?
