Seems like the pack up pretty good do they start cleaning out at speed or does the frozen tire not eject the packing ? Premature tire wear seems excessive But kinda hearing that across multiple vehicles

 

They don't clean out at all.

They do great everywhere except snow.

What pressure do you run in snow?

 

I was using 10 psi.

Seems high. We usually run 2-5 depending on where we are going In the snow. Might want to try less.

 

The issue is we have some really rocky trails and pavement we run up North where the snow is.

I was concerned about the rocks and the pavement much lower than 10.

I probably should have tried 7 or 8. I don't think on pavement I want any less, the car feels loose at any speed.

On my 35 10 15 dirt commander radials do not like anything under 9 on the gravel or blacktop. Too much sidewall deflection for a stable ride. Nine to ten pounds Is the sweet spot for higher speeds.

 

In deep snow 2-4 PSI- with ice and a bit of snow like it was 10 is fine- again, the KO2's are not for deep snow.
