did u put the clutch and helix back together good seems like u had a lot of slipping for that belt to blow in 15 minutes being brand new and normal driving ?

new belts need to be broke in right or will grenade real quick from slipping

Get ahold of todd at hunterworks and explain your situation to him. Hes real knowledable on the dalton kit and mavericks. Damn that sucks though

If you have an IR thermometer check your belt temps. Ideal belt temps after a hard run or 2 should be 150 to 200 range. I don't trust the Gates belt myself (seen some mixed results), but neither Gates or Can Am belts should blow out that quick unless there is a problem.

We'll that would do it. I hope you used a new bolt on the secondary. They can't be reused there a torque to yield bolt. They stretch when torqued. Must replace every time. Glad you got it figured out though.
