Wow! I didn't know this. "The Maverick is cradled in an all-new, beefy steel tube frame which is more than twice as rigid as the previous chassis."

I'm pretty sure they messed up there. There is a Can Am picture that says that the frame is almost twice as strong as a rzr XP

That's not a review, if it was it would have included driving it and comparing its performance to other SxS's.

Come on Can Am, stand behind your product and put one of these in the hands of someone that will give us an un-biased opinion.

It also said, the MAX was modified with engine moved farther back for thr ballance of the longer chassis and had a POWER MODIFICATION to accomodate the extra load of 2 more passengers !!

Now thats EXTREAMLY interesting, WHAT have they done? and whats the HP of the MAX ? they havnt said HP of it yet have they ??

(QUOTE) MAVERICK MAX 1000R is based on the standard Maverick 1000R X platform but with the ergonomics, power, and geometry modified for additional passengers:shocked:

Would be nice if this part is true

As with all Side x Sides, Can-Am uses a CVT transmission on the Maverick, but thankfully it gets an all-new belt that is more than twice as strong as the Commander belt, and yes, the new belt can be installed on existing Commanders as well. (We asked the head of engineering just to be sure)
