The thing I first caught is it seems to be positioned real close to the Turbo, I do like the capability of the adjustment. Only 3 reviews posted.
Bought an RPM when on sale, still sitting in the box but it would made me feel better to have one that's proven.
Didn't want to pay the EVO price though.

Only this one does not have the 90 degree fitting but is adjustable?

I don't know if it is rebuildable, but for the price, does that even matter?

RPM says not get get Chinese ones due to the problems, but does not say what those problems are, so it just sounds like marketing to me.

It is quite close to the turbo, but it looks like they all go on like that?

IDK, so hard sometimes to know with many of these parts. I think sometimes much of the stuff becomes expensive because they gained brand establishment and sponsor riders when their product is no better than others out there. Especially today with the evolution of product design, materials and tooling.

 

I have a no-name ebay BOV that looks like a knock off of the RPM BOV (even referenced their instructions). Been running it for 2 years without any issues and only paid $50 for the kit. I'm not sure if they would fail open or closed, but failing closed would just make it run like stock.

 

Prolly never gonna fail closed without a leak. Either the sealing surface will leak, or the pressure side will leak. The pressure side must hold cause the spring alone will not keep it closed and sealed. I Hope that makes sense.
