It wouldn't surprise me if the dealer put old and/or low octane fuel in your car. The booster may be ok for diagnosing the fuel issue though depending on the type. Siphoning the fuel out and putting in ethanol free 91 or high would be a better idea. If it still misfires check plugs next, mine were hand tight from the factory.

I put it in eco mode and it wouldn't start
Put it back in sport and it starts up with some choppy rpms and then idles smoothish sometimes.

ive got it up to 12 miles on the odo lol

Try running it with the gas cap removed. Might not be venting properly. Totally acts like a fueling issue of some sort.

 

Took the gas Cap off and put it in Eco mode it Idled fine cold.. Ran it around the yard and then punched it and it cuts out still Once it warmed up the RPM was pretty choppy at idle

Dealer said the clutch is rusty and causing the problem. They are waiting for parts still.
I'm pretty sure they are wrong lol.
But you never know.

I have never taken it near water or washed it so this is from the factory

What dealership are you using? FYI I have same similar issue. Been to the Lake Havasu and Bullhead City dealers with no success…. So frustrating

 

LOL some one did
that rust is from water in the housing for weeks maybe months
and remember those parts will not be covered under warranty
the dealer is selling snake oil
I have power washed mine a few times and it is not rusty
your code is not just a simple misfire code

you guys need to show that photo of the missing tooth to your dealers
that photo is from a 21 rr very low mileage
the dealer can simply remove the crank sensor and look at that wheel
and check it for damage
far smarter than throwing parts at it...lol

They replaced the clutches and it works perfectly now waited months for parts,
Shock is leaking now but this thing is ridiculous power wise lol 😆.
My dealer is ars powersports in lakeland fl

They got it covered by warranty

I should note that they figured out the problem the first day they had it just had to wait 2 months for parts

Got tons of parts to put on still.

 

That's crazy.....wonder how in the heck that happened. I've never seen a clutch do that. I even run mine without the cover.
Sure happy to hear they covered it for you. I had a bad casting with a lot of pitting in the sheaves and they wouldn't cover it.
