Formed this roof out of 1.6 zinc anneal as used by coach builders.

Local racing regs require either 1.6 steel or 3mm aluminium .

Hand formed using clamps ,plate steel ,tube and a Big F off rubber mallet on the back of my trailer, so be kind lol.

Fixed using stainless 3/16 button head screws, slightly countersunk.

Tapped the cage for the fixing points ,blue loctite.

Sprayed in Duplicolor BedArmor to match cage.

Thx guys, yep clamped ,drilled/ tapped from front to back inserting screws lightly as I went through. If I get any rattles/ vibrations I will run some super thin single sided foam strip underneath, I think it will be fine though as it's quite secure.
There is an even lower profile screw available for an even lower profile,

Will be a busy lad when items arrive.

Nice, will be worth the wait for you,
Yep the Ps will be nice, not essential but less fatigue,
Got my 13 at the write price so I jumped at it ,allowed me the few extras.
I really like the Mav in the White and Black now though.
What color you going with?
Makes me wonder how far the manufacturers will go with these things, imagine 10years from now : ))))
