Has anyone gotten the air fault message on the dash? The check engine light also appears. I'm trying to figure out if it's shock or intake related. It goes away as fast as it comes, and I've only seen it about 3 times.
Its a loose ground.
Check your main ground back at the battery.
Mine was loose from the factory.
I redid it with a lock washer.
Also if you're doing any mods and accidentally ground something it will log it into the ecu.
Turn off the machine and it may clear it or you can loosen your ground and reset it.
This has worked for me on 2 occasions.
That sounds believable. Every time I got it, seems like I hit a little bump. I'll check the compressor wires. I know the battery is tight, installed roof and got the message again on a later ride so it's gotta be another. Thanks for the lead Vquad.
