When the kit was first installed, it pulled 118rwhp and 75tq at 11psi. The mcx mapping is a bit rich but that's where I'd rather be. We might play with fuel at 11psi next time on the dyno, definetly will play with boost and see how mapping does.
So far, clutching has been flawless and belt life is above expectations, with STM clutches. I'm at approx 900km on my max, half of those boosted and still on original belt and last time I checked, belt still looked fine so I left it on.
You running 93 octane or Race fuel??

I went through the same thing.....but at the end of the day, I like having a warranty, and my XDS is pretty much stock. I do have a flash and working on a few other goodies, but again, its a better starting point IMHO.

The aftermarket turbo kit opens a can of worms in a way.....and the way I saw it, if I bought a nice clean used Maverick for $13K, add in the 6-7K to turbo & build engine, I am right near the cost of an XDS, and I still have a Maverick worth 13K!

To each his own though.....
