For what you are doing, I would spend the money on expanding the battery bank if I were you.
I'm only pulling the batteries down around 60-65%, if the heater runs all night when spring camping it's usually around 55-58% lowest i've seen is 52%. If I was puling them down below 50% I would consider a couple more 6volts. The Bogart monitor tracks amp hours used and returned so I can see how things are doing it's a pretty nice setup. Also this is watching TV, running the lights, ect, I usually fall asleep with the TV on to.

Anything below 50% and its damaging. What time of day are they fully charged from your solar?

Usually around 1 or 2 depending on the sun or if use I anything like the dishwasher, air compressor or something else big then later then around 4-5. I'm getting 32-34 charge amps during the peak hours. I did a 12 volt only solar setup everything is parallel, they say it's more efficient using panels close to the battery voltage and running parallel is less effected if there's a shaded panel. Downside is the wire cost at least that's what I gathered by reading about it before I put my system together.
