Your roof looks really great! I have been looking at doing this to mine. Would a heat gun be able to do the trick to make the bends like you have? Also, did you clamp it on and then sit and bend it and then clamp the bend or what? How sturdy is this puck board?

All of March ...
To
Bend the roof I used a propane tiger torch and metal clamps ....patience and slow heat and pressure .

nice tool box mod! does it rub on the fenders when u go to open it up? Do you have to remove the fenders to get it in place? clean simple set up, car looks good-thanks,cam

I drilled. It where Orem holes were and used 2 inch rubber coated Napa clamps in the other locations ....

Sounds good. Doing the same thing. Here is mine so far.



2014 XRS, 15" MSA Rims, 29" Rocktanes, Dragonfire Doors, Custom Graphics, Custom Hood and Inner Fenders by myself, Custom rear bumper, rock sliders, spare tire mount, and rotopax holder, Rugged Intercom, Airdam Primary clutch, custom full windshield, Pro Armour top, rear window, custom dash plate and radio mount.

I just used a little liquid propane torch. It worked well. The window I have is the super atv window. That is how it is designed. (As far as I know haha)

Yes a propane torch will do it quite nicely ... Just don't overheat it!

Yes it becomes quite pliable as you can see I have bent mine around the roll cage

Just finishing up two half windscreens for behind driver and passenger seats ... Made out of lexan plastic . Stops the mud from coming in the back of your neck ....they clamp on to the back of the roll cage . I put lots of these on my old rzrs . They work great . Let air and dust pas through but stop crap getting thrown onto the back of the top of the seats ... Pics when done .
