Give me a reason why I shouldn't do this.

This was cool to see as well.
"*Although this vehicle is rated at 195 HP, our tests showed that the actual power output was closer to 200-205 HP stock based on comparison to previous 2020 stock RR models! "

Is there any reason why people would use Evo where you have to mail out your ECU for a re-flash, when there are tons of comparable tuners like Whalen or AA where you can purchase a dash mounted tuner/gauge setup and the tunes for the same price?

Yes because nobody else has gotten into the 21 RR model yet. Evo is the only option. Probably for a while too since they broke into it so early on. And it took over 6 months to get it dialed. Can am actually figured out a way to block them out in RR's made after November with an ecu flash I believe.
Any model besides the 21 RR can be done by other tuners

Post a link to this new device for the 21RR. Even dynojets customer service says they do not have it. Unless it just came out in the last few weeks. Any 21 x3 "except" the RR model has a device that will connect.
I will say that I along with hundreds of 21RR owners hope that you are correct. But I guarantee whoever gets a device to work will advertise it like crazy!

Dynojet does not have anything yet. Hopefully they will have something soon. A lot of tuners use the Dynojet. I know Whalen is working on tunes for the 2021 RR.

The code shooter from EVO will most likely be the first to have the ability to work on the 21 RR ECU. They have put a ton of money and hired people to try and get everything working for the newer ECUs. I have the 93 octane tune on mine currently as they are able to remove the ECU and jump wires to tune it very carefully. It only works on the very early 21s so far but are working in it for the rest of them.
I am patiently(well sort of patiently) waiting for the code shooter so I can switch between the 91 octagon tune, 93 octane tune, and the x100 tune. One for with the kids, one with the wife, and one for when all the boys bring out theirs toys to break too 🤣🤘
