I just bought a new maverick. Iam having trouble getting it to shift from park,reverse,neutral,high and low. The shifter just feels like it bound up. Any help will be greatly appricated

it’s a clutch issue, take it back to the crappy dealer who sold it to you

Iam in it now it hasn’t been started all day. I can go through all gear no problem very smooth and easy.

Your are shifting while stopped correct? Don't laugh some people just don't get it....

most likely the secondary clutch is not disengaging. Remove clutch cover and inspect.

ask the magic stick with circle on it and it will tell you what to look for.

In other words, search the effing forum!!

Im having the same issue! Its maddening on a brand new machine. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated!!
