Was out riding in the snow & cold -10, riding for about 45 min., shut it off to warm up. Came back & the fuel pump & gauges wouldn't come on. Screwed with the key, & checked a couple of fuses, still didn't start. Went to tow it back, then it started working. Dealer thinks it was a relay, what do you guys think? If a relay, which one & where is it?

Check your battery cables....mine was cross-threaded on the positive side so it seemed kind of tight but you could move the wire around.

Fuel pump and gauges are on different circuits with separate relays so it is most likely a bad connection. Like mentioned above, check your battery connections.

actually the fuel pump and gauge run off the same main ign relay. the constant battery for the gauge is direct from batt.
