I built the side windows, 1/8” smoked polycarbonate, aluminum hardware, a lot of hours . Very light weight (no door sag) , Velcro closure for towing, sliding vent door on drivers for door handle access and venting. I wouldn’t do it again, around 40 hours to build them from scratch.

Thanks for the compliment! There’s a guy building them and selling for around $1,100 a set but they’re much heavier, bulky hardware, need door hinge mod to hold the weight. I opted for simple light design and I love how they came out. Best part is 10 minutes to remove, and template now so when they get scratched or damaged pretty easy to make another set. I have less than $300 in them, just lots of time .

Yea I see what you mean. Well it’s that pride you have that you were able to put in some time for yourself and make a good product that counts.

Hopefully I’ll be getting a sxs end of this year if not early next. We will see what God has in stores.

The right one will come along, you’ll know when it does 👍 it’s in his time not ours.
