(p.s. I am getting a lot of flack from popo owners wanting me to convert my religion)
You never have to be concerned about leading as you're always behind.
Someone is going to have a fire to stay warm by, even if its their ride.
It can double as a lawn tractor.
A rainbow and a unicorn follow you everywhere you go!
Have a Delightful, Rainbowey, Unicorny day.
Me and My RC , whats good enough for other folk ain't good enough for me.
HPnMore, your patients and the way you've handled this in a professional manner and (assuming) you've documented everything is beyond impressive and I applaud you Sir.
That said it's obvious either BRP doesn't give a sh#t, is taking advantage of your patience and / or @brpcares or whatever / who ever that is must get paid a boatload of $$$ because I don't know how he / she can sleep at night knowing of stories like this and doing absolutely nothing to help.
I implore you to contact that attorney I referred you to or ANY qualified, proven trial attorney. From the attorney's view this is an absolute case of negligence plus so much more and you sir and the months and months of going way beyond reasonable attempts to get BRP to make this correct makes you the perfect Plaintiff.
Other than getting Lee Iacocca onboard (if my memory serves me correctly, I think Mr. Iacocca is no longer with us), I do not see any other options for you, besides giving up and throwing away $35K.
Man I can't imagine your frustration. Please don't let BRP get away with this.

What happened to the front of polaris sxs???
It just looks like they crashed into a brick wall and called it good. Are they all vertically challenged oompa loompas? why is leg room such a bad thing??
I guess they just feel stupid not seeing can am steaming past them like a freight train in the sxs world so they will just stick with short stumpy skinny cars to save face??????
Was just thinking out loud.

It is fun though when at the dunes, our group is slowly converting over to SXS most have been die hard quad riders but with age comes the cage. We have my 2018 XRS Maxx and a 2018 polaris 4 seater. The guy with the popo is always by himself so people in our group always ask him for a ride, or they want to see how a sxs compares to their quads. After a day or so my family starts to thin out in terms of rides and so inevitably people start asking to ride in my X3.
The rides generally go like this:
out of the flats climbing up to sand hwy I hear man this thing is fast!
After the first few bowls and transitions I start hearing man this thing is sooooo much smother than James cars!!
and if they are the guy who is thinking of getting a sxs they start saying there is not way I am getting a polaris after ridding in your X3.
Then the questions start all about the car, price, mis conceptions placed in their minds by the popo owner, who does not want to be the only popo guy in the group.
after the ride the questions and interest just keep on going to the dismay of the popo owner James!!
So say what you want, no one has taken rides in both cars and said they want a popo yet, all of them want an X3, even the guys who have other friends with wild cats etc.... they all want an X3 after a good ride in the dunes.
So until that changes, there is X3's and in the distance all others.
If polaris does make a car that matches the X3 unless they actually re hydrate their cabs, it will remain a car designed for people who are under 5 feet tall.
Ok I fill better now, back to the original subject.
Mega made me get Skats and a tune
Skats for life now
Thanks for the quote Tim - "Have a unicorny, rainbowey day!"
