Installed new rollers and helix in my secondary. This time I didn't come down on my rollers with the helix legs while clocking the spring. Not gonna lie, I hope I never have to do them again.

Use heat, lubrication, and a slide hammer.

Forgot to mention this the other day...while removing the bolts attaching the carrier bearing to the frame, one of the "nuts" that was captured from the factory broke loose and came off. The bolts definitely came out hard, not rough like bad threads, but very tight all the way through. I'm assuming it is whatever that yellow Can Am juice is on the threads. Anyway, I grabbed it with an open end wrench when reinstalling, and ran it back down. Curious if anyone else has had this issue and if you re-used the nut or replaced it with something else.

Weld it back on or use a nyloc nut.

I think I am gonna go the nyloc route. Cordless impact wouldn't budge those bolts and I think that contributed to it breaking. Had to use anger and hand tools, but I'm ok with it. I gave myself an extra beer allotment, and it was a great trade deal. More beer, more better.

Before you install the RB gauge look up AIM belt temp gauge. Same money and MUCH nicer. Tim

Let me give you some advice. Have your phone ready, as the tech explains everything. Just tape it. Because 5 minutes after you drive away, you won't remember anything, really, LOL. The tape will allow you to understand, because when you're there, you'll be going, yep got it, I understand completely, and it's too much to process, especially since you'll be so excited! At least that's what I did.

I actually think this is a great idea. I forgot too much when I bought my toy-hauler. So I know I will forget about 90% on this transaction.

Now If I can just remember to start recording, lol.
