Blew a bad azz belt and destroyed inner and outer cases. First time blowing one of those belts. Had chunks of plastic and belt laying in my lap. It blew a hole in the front bottom and back, with the belt jammed in the front air inlet. I probably injured the belt during the last snow ride when the air box got full of snow and I saw 220 on the temp gauge. Belt only showed 140 when it blew and I just serviced the clutches and inspected the belt but left the old belt just to see how long I could push it. Belt lasted 800 miles. Glad I have spare cases.

It it was the loudest bang I have experienced when blowing a belt. And that is with headsets and tunes blasting.

Was that the EVO, or Trinity bad azz belt? Either way, don't they have a year warranty, or something like that?

Put the 2 gallon Roto Pax under the seat fits perfectly. Just need to figure out a better securing point, maybe some velcro in place of the bungee.

Good job, no half ass belt failure there. Think one of those carbon fiber liners would of helped ???

After running a carbon fiber skid plate on my dirt bike I would rather have the aluminum one . Not saying it wouldnt help and or work . But CF can get brittle with heat
