I'm headed out to the Joint, an off roaders bar in Randsberg to watch the MLB season opener and drink with the off road motorsports congregation.
I'll report back next week how the new App works.

So far, this Verizon app reads to be a free trial for 10 days.....then one can choose to stay on the free version for basic blocking/spam/etc, or choose the paid version for "more" after the 10 days....guess I'll find out in 10 days what "more" means and if it is worth it.

the problem with all the spam call blocking programs is
you need wifi for it to work ....why
because your phone can not access the internet when your making/receiving a call
Hiya is the free app I have been using for over a year
like I said as long as you have good wifi it works
But, now the biggest problem is spoofed phone numbers
that is where the spam call uses a different real number
and they usually use the same area code and the first three numbers as your phone
so the blocking app will tell you its a real person....

RoboKiller blocks about 10 calls a day from my same area code and first 3 (prefix) numbers. Mostly some Talaban sounding guy from a 3rd world Country. Randomly plays fake voice messages, wasting their time:
