    Shock Therapy Communication Issue

    I placed my order for the works on my X3 XDS shocks and have been trying to get a couple of questions answered.

    I ordered my stuff last Monday and sent them a follow up e-mail that day with some updated accessory weights and a few additional questions. I heard back on Thursday with an e-mail stating they would put my e-mail in my file, but didn't answer the couple of questions I had in there. I responded the same day asking to have the questions answered and I haven't heard back from them yet.

    Is this normal for their company? I can't say I have ever had this issue with any other aftermarket performance company as far as communication goes. I know they are busy, so do they start talking to you when the appointment date gets closer or what is the deal? Is there a different person I can email in order to get a couple of questions answered in a more timely fashion? Thanks for the info.

    I would if I had their business hours available to call them. I go to work too early and come home too late typically. Email is a preferred form of communication for me and I would hope isn't an issue.

    I'm not going to make excuses, as these types of threads come up on all the shock tuners. They all seem to be a little hard to get ahold of. I will say that after you get your car done, you should be very happy. It will be a night and day difference in ride quality.

    Good to know it is just a standard. The end result is really all I need when looking at the big picture.

    Well, I don't know if I would call it the standard, LOL. I guess that they have more employees working with shocks, than the phones. It's funny though, when I got my shocks done back in October, and broought them my car, I made my reservation over the phone, and there was a guy at the front desk answering the phone all day. IDK, maybe he doesn't work there anymore?

    You dont get a break or lunch? I doubt that. People just need to pick up the phone.

    Yeah, they do close for an hour for lunch. Could be the phone guy is talking to one customer, as other lines are ringing. IDK? Anything is possible.

    There open 9-5 Monday to Friday with a hour off for lunch. I found that out because I CALLED THEM!!!

    That is why I purchase through an authorized dealer. Same price, and they did all the leg work regarding communication and setup.
