Trying to find a cheap light bar on amazon, lots of Chinese knockoffs on Amazon but how do you separate the garbage from the good. So many light bars, you can't go by the reviews because a lot of Chinese vendors create fake Amazon reviews to make their product look good. BRP's OEM light bar is way to pricey, over $1500 CAD.
I just bought these mounting brackets https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . The write up say you can mount lights 42.5" to 45.5".
- 2 mounting slots on each bracket allowing a light bar and some pods or even possibly 2 light bars. Creates a mounting width of 42.5" to 45.5". (41" light bar shown).
I'm probably going to go with a curved light-bar in the 42.5" to 45.5" size. or maybe a straight with 2 floods at a 45 degree angle, some spots on the trail around here are narrow and it's helpful to be able to light up next to the X3.
Cheap is not the way to go with lights. Tons and tons of threads and topics on lights. Read them and you will see.

I wouldn't recommend cheap either, and I wouldn't recommend curved. The cheap part is easy, you get what you pay for, and unfortunately you'll find out too late. Choosing straight over curved is due to the fact they make lense covers for the straight bar, and that way your lenses won't get sand blasted, or scratched from limbs and stuff. But the curve one does look cool!
I know you Canucks get killed with border prices and what not, but see if Craig Stumph, Pro UTV Parts, has any good light bars, or search through the for sale section. I would advise against a cheap one.

You are better off getting a small, high quality light than a big ass cheap light.
Method Wheels, Tensor Tires, Baja Designs, Mer-Air-Terre Watches, Icarus Logistics, Keller ball joints, Maxima racing oil
the cheap ones look bright when you look at em but when you are looking into the night using the light they suck ...compared to a Rigid or good quality one.. I found out the cheap way lol..I'm ordering a new one for night riding.
2018 X3 XRS Turbo,
I just bought those brkts, they fit good but in the cold weather season I have to remove because full windshield does not work with them.
2018 X3 XRS Turbo,

Lots of bright lights, just not many cheap ones that will shine and give you usable light at speed.
I would highly recommend getting a quality light. The Baja Design Squadron Pros will put out more usable light than any of those cheap Chinese lights.
Hit up Craig on here from Pro Utv Parts. He will have excellent pricing on the Baja Design lights or other quality brands.
