(Video) Holding the Primary with a Strap

Never thought of this way to do it. Using a strap to hold it so you can properly torque it down.

I just cut a 6" peice of aluminum stock I had laying around. Stick it on either side of the clutch (depending if it's going on or comeing off) and wedge it between the frame and the clutch. It's small, and fits nice in the tool kit. Works great on either the primary or the secondary.

The torque #'s are not too extreme for this - 89 lbs for the primary, 44 lbs for the secondary. Comeing off, I havent used anything but my impact. Works for me...
